Terms & Conditions of Use of the sb028 Platform
This document governs the rights and obligations of users and sb028 as the service provider. Please read all of these terms carefully before using the platform. By accessing or using the sb028 service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or accessing any page on the sb028 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in Indonesia. These terms form a valid agreement between you as the user and sb028 as the platform operator.
If you do not agree to any or all of the terms set out in this document, you are asked to immediately stop using the platform and not proceed with the registration process. Continued use of the service following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
sb028 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the sb028 platform. Creating multiple accounts under a single individual, whether using the same or different identities, is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts without any balance refund.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login information confidential. sb028 will never ask for your password via email, instant messaging, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the customer service team immediately and change your password as soon as possible.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal can be processed. Documents that may be requested include a national ID card, driver's license, or other officially recognized identity documents in Indonesia. The information you provide must be accurate and match your real identity. Providing false information may result in permanent account suspension.
sb028 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time if deemed necessary for security purposes, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable regulations.
3. Transactions, Deposits, and Withdrawals (IDR)
All transactions on the sb028 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are held in an account registered under their name. Using a third-party account to make deposits may result in transaction rejection and account suspension.
Successfully verified deposits will be credited to the user's account balance. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used — local bank transfers are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes, while digital wallets such as GoPay or OVO are generally faster. All processing times are estimates and may change depending on technical conditions.
Withdrawals can only be made to an account held in the same name as the registered account. sb028 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if there are indications of suspicious activity, a breach of terms, or if the account verification process has not been completed. Users may not claim interest or compensation for funds held pending during the verification process.
Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the responsibility of the user. sb028 is not responsible for delays caused by disruptions in the banking system or digital wallet providers.
4. User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users must use the sb028 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, manipulation of the betting system, or the use of unauthorized automated software to access the service.
Users are not permitted to take any action that could damage, overload, or disrupt the normal functioning of the servers, networks, or technical infrastructure supporting this platform. The use of bots, automated scripts, or other technical methods to exploit system vulnerabilities is a serious violation.
Users are responsible for all activity occurring through their account, whether carried out by themselves or by any other party who gains access with the user's knowledge or through the user's negligence. If an account is misused due to negligence in protecting login credentials, sb028 is not liable for any resulting losses.
Users are also required to comply with all applicable game rules for each service category, including sports betting, live casino, and slots. Non-compliance with game rules may result in the cancellation of bets or affected winnings.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
sb028 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if a violation of these terms is found. Such action may include freezing the account balance, restricting access to certain features, or permanently closing the account, depending on the severity and nature of the violation.
Account suspension may also occur at the user's own request, for example as part of responsible gambling measures. In such cases, users may submit a request to the customer service team to restrict access to their account for a specified period.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, sb028 reserves the right to withhold the existing balance if there are indications that it was obtained through illegitimate means, including bonus abuse or system manipulation. The decision of sb028 in this regard is final and binding.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer service team. Closing an account does not cancel any obligations the user may have incurred prior to the closure date, including obligations related to transactions still in progress.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Platform Content
All content available on the sb028 platform, including but not limited to text, logos, interface design, graphics, software code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of sb028 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit such content for commercial purposes without written permission from sb028.
The use of sb028's trademarks, domain names, or visual identity in any form without written consent is strictly prohibited. Violations of intellectual property rights may result in legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.
Links to third-party websites that may be available on this platform are provided for reference purposes only. sb028 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Users access such links at their own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law
sb028 provides its service "as is" without any warranty, whether express or implied. The platform strives to operate without interruption, but cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free of technical disruptions, maintenance, or events beyond its control. sb028 is not liable for losses arising from service disruptions, technical delays, or data loss not directly caused by the platform's own negligence.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of sb028 to users for any claim arising from the use of this platform will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the last 30 calendar days prior to the claim being filed.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will first be resolved through mutual deliberation. If resolution through deliberation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
